This engineer inspired cake was too detailed, lots of little parts that was challenging to make. It was worth it though! My client was so happy and that's what's important! A 3 layer cake measuring 8" x 5 1/2 " approximately, filled with chocolate ganache - it was perfect! Serves 18 - 20 generously.
