Coco the young Miguel inspired cake for Luca's 2nd birthday! A 2 tier cake with 8"x 6 inches on top! Flavor with his favorite cake - moist vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling.  Covered with vanilla frosting, decorated with fondant.  Everything is edible.
 
Serves 30-35 generously, or as many as 40 slices, event style.
