West Boca Sweets fundraisers are as unique and fun as our delicious sweets. I've done a few of Fundraising events in the past, and I believed this is the great way to help raise money to local schools, groups and non-profit organizations.
West Boca Sweets take great pride in giving back to the communities we call home and would love to help you raise money for your school or non-profit organization.
Fundraising events are easy to arrange and best of all, 20% of sales generated by supporters of your organization will be donated back to you!

Is my Group Eligible?
Eligible groups include charitable organizations, non-profit schools and community groups. Examples of organizations includes Soccer Clubs, Schools, Senior Communities, Church Groups, Parent Teacher Organizations, School Bands, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Preschools, Cheerleading Squads, Camps, Student Councils, Little League Teams, High School Teams, Animal Fund Raising, and more!
When Can My Organization Host An Event?
Dates may vary based on availability, so please reserve ahead of time. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to schedule your event. We like to plan ahead and hope you do too. This window gives you the chance to spread the word to your groups, friends, followers, and supporters to maximize attendance.
What Percentage of Sales from the Fundraising Event Does My Organization Received?
20% of all sweets on our menu sales generated in a whole Month of your scheduled event will be donated directly to your organization, excluding tax, and gratuity.
How Does The Organization Receive Credit For Purchases?
Fundraisers guest are required to present an official event or mention the organization you are supporting at the time of you place your order with each order to receive credit. We accept flyers shown digitally, on any device. Your organization receives credit for purchase online, in person and or e-gift cards.
When Can I Expect My Fundraiser Money
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
