Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 34 cupcakes

Cooking time 1 hours 20 minutes



6 tsp unsalted butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)

1 tsp baking soda

3 tsp honey

3 tsp vanilla extract gluten-free

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cider vinegar

1 large egg

2 tbspn milk

2 cups gluten-free measure for measure flour

2 cups chocolate chocolate chip


  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C). In a large bowl beat butter, sugar, honey, salt, baking power , baking soda until smooth.  Beat in vinegar, egg, and milk, then stir in flour and chips

  2. Drop dough by tablespoon onto greased or parchment-lined paper leaving two inch apart.

  3. Bake cookies between 12 - 14 minutes until barely starting to brown.  They may appear lightly undone, that's okay.  Remove cookies from oven and cool on pan for 10 minutes before transferring to rack to cool completely.
