This line stuck in my head.

The other day it was my old boss birthday, her name is Susan Napolitano!

I want to pay a tribute to her from the knowledge and expertise she had shared with me and many others. I am grateful for the time that we have shared as a coworker and a boss.

It's not only because today is her birthday, but she is also a mentor and a 401(k) advisor who taught me and many others how important it is to start saving for your retirement.

I used to conduct benefits orientation and would come by her office to let her know it was our turn. She would come into the conference room all prepared with printed materials in her hand to distribute. With hundreds of other things on her plate, she'd take time to speak to our new hires, committed to spreading the good word and sharing her expertise.
