10 Fun, Informative, and Engaging Activities On Take-Your-Child-To-Work-Day!

This was one of my son's favorite event of the year!

When he was 7 years old, I took him to work with me for the first time. It was our first experience spending the day together at my workplace. He thought it was so much fun!

His favorite thing was to say hello to everyone - we both felt a very welcoming environment. They took him to the security department, in the camera room, where live footage was displayed.

He got a nice company temp employee badge made with his picture on it, feeling like a real employee with his badge clipped to his chest.

This is one of the things we did together that he’ll never forget. And we are doing it again!

He is now 12 and when I told him, he was still excited!

I hope you enjoy showing your child(ren) what you do during the workday.

What else can you add to the list?
