"Classic Tres Leches Cake" If you are a baker and or if you have had Tres Leches before, you might be wondering - where are the liquid? So, on the bottom of the cake, I've created a liner using a foil about an inch high, thick enough to support and collect the liquid so it doesn't drip.
The cake was soak overnight with a mixture of 3 different types of milk, making this cake distiguished from other cakes.
Tres Leches is one of my favorite cake! They are so good!
Serves 8-10 approximately, 15 event style.
